Pakistan is where author was born and raised and completed his education and thats where he worked for many years as pediatrician doctor. This book also has his experiences as a Pakistani Army Officer. Author served as a Captain Doctor in the military for two years. It has stories about Libya and Austria where the author went for higher studies and work. He earned diplomas in pediatrics in these countries. Then the major part of the book talks about his traveling experiences of United States of America, where he did multiple cross country road trips and flew to many famous destinations, sharing all those experiences in this book.
